- Increase outreach efforts to Latino, African American and Native American populations.
- Increase outreach efforts to families in poverty (including F/RL and CIT).
- Explore partnerships with social services and non-profit agencies (e.g., Ready for Life, Boys & Girls’ Club, Children’s Cabinet).
