Keep informed on all the latest school and PTA events by friending us on Facebook. Just type in “Pleasant Valley PTA” and look for the profile with the mustang mascot.
Turn in those Box Tops and your child might win a prize! Make sure you put your child's first and last name on the back of each box top you turn in. We will have a drawing once a month and your child might win one of the prizes we will be giving away. We need all of your box tops by December 12th for our next drawing. Talk about free money. How easy is this! Each of these little cut- outs is worth 10 cents and are on hundreds of products. Just cut them out and drop them by the office or send them in an envelope with your child. We receive two checks a year from “Box Tops for Education,” one in December (due date for that check is October) and one in April. The box tops for the April check need to be in by February 13th. Please keep sending those box tops in!
Printer Cartridges
Recycle and earn money for PVES at the same time. The school can earn anywhere from 25 cents up to $5.00 per car-tridge. Put them in a ziplock bag to prevent leakage before dropping them off at the school.
Campbell Soup Labels
Take the labels off your Campbell Soup cans and cut out the UPC code and send the code into the office. When we have enough points, we will get to order fun stuff for our school.
Save Those Capri Sun Pouches!
Capri Sun has now started a recycling program where they will give $.02 back to our school for every Capri Sun pouch we turn in to them. In light of being environmentally aware and finding a way to financially help our school, start saving your pouches and bring them in to the school. There will be containers in the cafeteria for the pouches. Save them at home, put them in a plastic bag (to make sure they don't leak on any papers or books in backpacks) and send them in with your kids! This is an easy way to help our school and the environment! Thank you so much for all you do for our school.
Zbest Coupon Books Save a bundle and support PVES at the same time by buying a Zbest coupon book. For $15.00, you can get hundreds of dollars of savings for meals at local area restaurants with 2 for 1 dinners, free appetizers, and even free sandwiches. The book will easily pay for itself after using a few of the coupons. Plus, $6.00 from every book sold goes back to the school. Zbest books are available in the office for purchase. Quantities are limited, so pick one up today.
Murry Ranch Honey Local farmer Jason Murry has teamed up with PVES to sell his delicious, locally made raw honey at our Stampede Carnival! We earn 25% of the proceeds from each jar and it makes a great unique gift. Make sure to pick some up at Stampede!!!
