LOGGING IN: Forgot Your Password: Call 789-3456
User ID is your Employee ID# E000xxxxx. Password for first time user is the last four digits of your social. Please change the password once you have successfully logged in for the first time. If you do not know your Employee ID number, please visit your site secretary or contact the following: HR 348-0321, Payroll 348-0341 or Melissa Eras 353-6970.
Employee Online is your gateway to self management of your employee record. Through EO, you can view or print your current and past pay stubs; update your home address and phone number; add emergency contact information; change your tax withholdings (W-4); manage your direct deposit settings; change your TSA withholding amount; view current and historical position data. You will also find links to useful websites such as PERS and the IRS and printable forms for TSA enrollments and requesting duplicate copies of your W-2.
Highlighted features:
Change Password - is an option to change your existing password. However, this is NOT an option if you have forgotten your password. Please call the Support line at 789-3456 and request your password to be reset if you have forgotten your password and cannot login.
You will see the message board that contains important information regarding cut-off dates for changes made in EO as well as other District wide communication. You can choose from the menu items on the left side of your screen to navigate to the various options.
Current and past payroll check stubs- choose "Check Stub" from menu option, click on desired Pay Check Date and click "Print View" at the bottom of the screen.
Leave Tracking Tab- this provides your current Sick and Vacation accrual information. When logged into EO, click on "Leave Tracking" tab, choose either "Vacation Balance" or "Sick Leave Balance" and click "Submit".
Home Address- choose "Home Address" from menu options, click EDIT on lower right portion of screen to update information.
Emergency Information- choose "Emergency Info" from menu options, click ADD on lower right portion of screen to add an Emergency contact.
Logoff- is located on the upper right corner of screen in the blue bar.
