The WCSD website is designed to let individual departments take on the responsibility of maintaining and editing the information on their section of the site.
This is done using a CMS (Content Management System). The CMS gives users the ability to edit information quickly and efficiently without needing to know how to develop web pages. The CMS works closely like Microsoft's Word program allowing users to concentrate on the content of the site and not having to worry about making a mistake that could bring down the site.
