Pathway Project
The Nevada Pathway Project is a statewide collaborative technology integration and professional development project.

Funded by ARRA 2009-2011: All 17 counties participating
Equipment received by 124 middle school teachers: Classroom set of iPod Touches and syncing cart, laptops and laptop cart, interactive slate, LCD projector, wireless access point
Professional development includes: 21st Century skills, NETS-S and P21, mobile and Web 2.0 technology tools, TPACK lesson planning, online collaboration and project based learning. (12 credits over the course of two years; 4 online courses, CCSD MOODLE server)
Project goals: To change teacher behavior and increase student engagement. Determine packages of online professional development for future use.
