Principal Training Program
The purpose of the WCSD Principals Academy is to assist administrators to achieve individual and district goals for student success. Through a continuous growth model, the Academy provides on-going individualized opportunities for the acquisition of new knowledge and skills. As expectations evolve in the District, the Academy will assist administrators in their efforts to achieve the major overarching goal of the District: STUDENT ACHIEVEMENT.
