Sarah Winnemucca has joined 71 other schools in the state of Nevada in becoming a Green Power school. Green Power is an educational program aligned to elementary curriculum and Nevada Education Standards in the areas of science, ecology, and literature. It provides free training and materials for educators and fun activities for students. More information to come to our website and newsletter in the months ahead.
